If you ignore the beep

Your current call is never affected — it continues normally regardless of what you do with the second call. The waiting caller, if you don’t press anything, is typically routed to voicemail once your ring timeout expires (if voicemail is active), or simply continues ringing until they give up if it isn’t.

Switching to the second caller

Press your phone’s call button to place the first caller on hold and answer the second; press it again to swap back. Both stay connected — nobody is disconnected by the swap.

A GSM standard, not a Mobily feature

*43# works identically on any GSM network worldwide, including while roaming — there’s no Mobily-specific behaviour to learn if you’ve used call waiting on a previous SIM.
